This is the guide on how to create user can access the created support ticket in the portal under their account for viewing of the progress and update of the ticket as needed.


  1. Goto "Check Ticket Status".
  2. Select the ticket # number to update the ticket content.
  3. Edit the ticket content as needed or reply any questions raised by Support Agent.
  4. Done.
