Self sign up your support account, you will have access to our self service support portal and you can use your account to raise support tickets and track their status.


  1. Goto Mezzofy Support Portal via https://mezzofy.freshdesk.comto sign up your account.
  2. Input your "Full Name" and "Email" on the form and click on the "Register" button to submit.
    • Use a valid Email address for registration as it is used for account activation and communication purpose.
  3. Check your email to activate your account.
  4. Complete the setup by creating your password.
  5. Done..
