Purpose

  • Allow user to create coupon activities in the form of report



Requirements

  • Merchant account access rights
  • Created coupon(s


Steps:


1. Login > Main Menu > Reports > Coupon Audit Trail > Actions > Create Report

  • Date range: Enter preferred date range to create report
  • Select Coupon : Select preferred coupon code or ALL
  • Report Name: Enter report name

  • Coupon Action : Select preferred action / All
  • Coupon Status  : Select status of the coupon / All

  • File Extension : Select preferred file to view report
  • Optional fields to add on
  • Submit to create


5. Report is ready to download and view 




6. If you'd like to view previous reports, y go to Actions > View Report and select the report to download
