CATALOGUE AVAILABILITY - If Catalogue Availability Limit is enabled, Catalogue Availability refers to the maximum number of times a catalogue can be purchased or downloaded, which is defined by the Limit Per Catalogue.


CATALOGUE AVAILABILITY DISPLAY - Catalogue Availability Display is an option in a Catalogue Details that allows the display of the remaining availability of a particular catalogue in the Front Office. If it is set as "Active", then customers can see the available number of the catalogue, otherwise, it will not be displayed.


CATALOGUE AVAILABILITY LIMIT - Catalogue Availability Limit refers to the maximum number of times a catalogue can be purchased or downloaded by customers. It the system is set as "Active", then system allows the catalogue owner to limit the availability of the catalogue based on the number of times it can be purchased or downloaded. Once the limit is reached, the catalogue will no longer be available to customers. This feature is commonly used in promotional catalogue where the catalogue owner wants to control the number of purchases or downloads of a particular products or services.


CATALOGUE DATE DISPLAY - Catalogue Date Display, if the setting is activated, customers can view the catalogue's validity period, including its start and end dates, which determines the time frame during which the catalogue is active and products or services can be purchased. This feature helps customers understand the duration or validity period of the catalogue. However, if the setting is deactivated, customers will not be able to view the Catalogue Date Validity Period.


CATALOGUE IMAGE LIST - Catalogue Image List refers to the collection of visual content or graphics used to represent a specific catalogue, typically in the form of images.


CATALOGUE URL - Catalogue URL is a web link that directs users to an online catalogue or product listing. It is a URL that leads to a digital representation of a catalogue, where customers can browse and purchase products. The catalogue URL can be used as a tool for businesses to showcase their products and services and allow customers to easily access and purchase them online.


CUSTOMER INFORMATION - Customer Information refers to the personal and contact details of a customer that a business collects in order to provide services or products. This information may include the customer's name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other relevant data. Collecting customer information can help businesses improve their marketing efforts, provide personalised services, and improve customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and preferences.


CUSTOMER PARTICIPATE LIMIT - Customer Participate Limit refers to the maximum number of times a single customer is allowed to participate in a specific catalogue. This limit is often set by businesses to ensure fair distribution and prevent abuse or exploitation of the promotion. For example, a business may set a customer participate limit of once per day or per week for a certain products or services. Once the limit is reached, the customer is no longer eligible to make a purchase or download.


DATE - Date in Validity Period includes a start date and an end date, which indicate the period of time within which the catalogue is active (displayed in Front Office) and products or services can be purchased.


DATE TYPE

  • VALIDITY PERIOD - refers to the time period during which a catalogue is valid or active. It is the duration in which customers can make a purchase in the catalogue, redeem coupons or vouchers, or avail of the product and services provided by the catalogue. The validity period is determined by the business or organization, and it may be for a few days, weeks, or months, depending on the goals and objectives of the catalogue.

  • NON VALIDITY PERIOD - can be a useful tool for businesses that want to offer a products or services without a strict end date. By using this date type, customers can make purchase of the products or services as long as the stock lasts, rather than being limited to a specific time period. This can be particularly effective for businesses that want to generate a sense of urgency among customers while still offering flexibility. However, it's important to carefully manage inventory and ensure that the catalogue is publicised to avoid disappointing customers when stock runs out.

DELIVERY Delivery refers to Catalogue Delivery process of distributing the purchased products or services to customers via multiple channels defined in "Customer Information", including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other social media. To accomplish this, a plan is created and implemented to effectively communicate the purchase or download confirmation message to the intended audience. The system sends the message only when the Delivery setting is activated. The main objective of this Delivery is to achieve the desired outcomes, such as customer engagement or brand awareness, through the successful distribution and execution of the catalogues.


DESCRIPTION - Catalogue Description refers to a brief or detailed explanation of a catalogue's contents, such as products, services, or other offerings. It typically provides an overview of what customers can expect to find in the catalogue and may highlight specific features, benefits, or promotions. Catalogue descriptions can be used to entice customers to browse and make purchases, and may be displayed on the catalogue's cover or in promotional materials.

EMBED URL

It is a message that can be displayed when the customer is purchasing or downloading from the catalogue, encouraging them to consider the products or services as a gift for someone else. This can help to increase the reach of the products or services from the catalogue and generate more sales.


GOOGLE UTM - Google UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) is a way of adding unique parameters to the URLs of links you share online, to track the performance of your marketing catalogue. UTM parameters are added to the end of a URL, and help you identify where traffic is coming from and which specific catalogue or link is driving that traffic. MODE

  • PUBLIC - refers to Catalogue setting where the product catalogue is visible to anyone who visits the website or application, regardless of whether they are registered or logged in as a member. In this mode, anyone can view the products and their details, and can potentially make purchases without being a registered member.

  • PRIVATE (MEMBERS) - refers to Catalogue setting in which the catalogue is accessible only to a specific group of members who have been granted access. This means that the general public cannot view the catalogue, and only those who have been given permission can view and purchase items from it. This mode is often used by businesses that offer exclusive products or services to a specific group of customers, such as members of a loyalty program or subscription service. It can also be used to create a sense of exclusivity and increase customer loyalty by offering special deals and promotions to members.


NAME - Catalogue Name refers to the name or title given to a specific catalogue. It helps identify and differentiate one catalogue from another, especially when there are multiple catalogues available.


PASSWORD PROTECTED - Password Protected setting refers to the ability to restrict access to the catalogue and its contents with a password. If it is activated, means that users will need to enter a password in order to access the catalogue, even if they have the link or URL to the catalogue. This can be useful for ensuring that only intended users have access to the catalogue, and for keeping the catalogue content secure. The password can be set by the catalogue creator and shared only with those who are authorised to access the catalogue.


PRODUCT LIMIT CONTROL Product Limit Control refers to the ability to limit the number of products that can be added to the cart. This can be done through two modes: Single and Multiple.

In "Single" mode, only one unit of a particular product can be added to their cart. If the Product Limit Control is set to "Multiple," customers can add more than one unit of any product they wish to purchase or download to their cart. This setting can help businesses manage their inventory levels and prevent customers from over-ordering specific products.

PUBLISH - Publish in Catalogue Details refers to whether or not the catalogue is currently active and available for a purchase or download by the customers. When a catalogue is created, it may not be immediately published or activated, and instead can be saved as a draft until it is ready to be made public. Once the Publish and Status is set as "Active", the catalogue will become active and customers will be able to make a purchase or download it according to the terms and conditions set by the catalogue creator. If the Publish is set as "Deactivated", the catalogue will remain in draft mode and will not be displayed to customers.


REDEMPTION GUIDE - Redemption Guide is an essential component of any business that utilizes catalogues to showcase their products or services. It is a comprehensive set of instructions and guidelines provided to customers on how to redeem their products or services from the catalogue. A well-crafted Catalogue redemption guide can help to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. It can also help to streamline the redemption process, reducing the likelihood of errors or confusion and saving businesses time and resources in the long run.


REMARKS - Remarks refer to any additional comments or information that are provided along with a particular transaction or record. The purpose of the remarks field is to provide additional context or details that may not be captured in other fields or data points.


SELECT CATEGORY -  Select Category allows the user to assign specific categories to a particular catalogue. The category assignment can be a crucial aspect of the catalogue management process, as it determines how the products are organised and presented to potential customers. By assigning categories to a catalogue, businesses can make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for and help them navigate through the catalogue more efficiently. The Select Category(s) feature can also help businesses better understand the performance of specific categories and products by providing detailed analytics on customer behaviour, such as which products are most popular and which categories are generating the most sales. It also can be a valuable tool in optimising a catalogue's performance and improving the customer experience.


SELECT PRODUCT - Select Product allows the user to choose the products that will be featured in a particular catalog. This can involve selecting individual items from a larger product inventory or filtering products based on specific criteria, such as price range, product type, or availability. Selecting products for a catalog can be an important part of marketing and sales strategy, as it allows businesses to showcase their most popular or profitable products to potential customers. This process can be done manually or with the use of automated tools, such as product recommendation algorithms or machine learning models, to ensure that the most relevant and attractive products are included in the catalog.


SELECT THEME - Select Theme is an option in Catalogue that allows businesses to choose between two different themes: "Category Based" and "Product Based". 

The Category Based theme requires the Catalogue to have multiple categories assigned to it, and the products listed within it to be tagged with the corresponding categories. This enables customers to navigate the Catalogue based on categories, making it easier for them to find specific products they are interested in.

The Product Based theme displays products directly without any categorisation. This is useful for businesses that have a smaller product inventory or prefer a more streamlined approach to their Catalogue setup. By eliminating the need for categorisation, this theme can make it easier for customers to quickly browse through products and make purchases.

SEND AS A GIFT - Send as a Gift is a setting in which customers can purchase or download a products or services as a gift for someone else, rather than for themselves. It it is activated, system allows customers to enter the recipient's email address and a personalised message, which will be delivered to the recipient along with the product or service details. This feature is often used for special occasions or as a way to promote the products or services as a gift option for customers.


STATUS - Status in Catalogue Details refers to whether or not the catalogue is currently active or inactive. When a catalogue is created, it is set to an inactive status by default, meaning that it cannot be purchased or downloaded by customers until it is activated. Once the catalogue is ready to be used, the status can be changed to "Active" to allow customers to access and purchase or download the products or services according to the terms and conditions set by the catalogue creator. If the status is set to "Deactivated", the catalogue will not be displayed to customers.


SUCCESS REDIRECT URL - A successful target URL is the web page or landing page that a user is directed to after they have completed a desired action, such as filling out a form or making a purchase. It is often used in marketing catalogue to measure the effectiveness of a particular advertisement or promotional activity. By tracking the number of users who reach the successful target URL, businesses can assess the success of their marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed.


TARGET URL - Target URL refers to the specific webpage or destination that a user will be directed to after scanning a QR code. In a QR code catalogue, the Target URL is the webpage or landing page where the customer will be redirected to for further information or to complete a specific action such as a purchase or registration. The Target URL is set in the QR code's location URL and can be customized by the catalogue manager to suit the specific catalogue's goals and objectives.


TERMS & CONDITIONS - Terms & Conditions refer to the catalogue rules, regulations, and policies that apply to the products or services offered in the catalogue. These can include information about pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, and other terms that govern the use of the catalogue. Catalogue terms and conditions are designed to protect both the business and the customer, and they provide clarity on the terms of the purchase.


THEME COLOR CODE - Theme color code refers to a unique code or set of codes that represent the colors used in a specific design theme. In the context of a catalogue, the theme color code could refer to the specific color scheme used in the catalogue's branding or promotional materials. By using a consistent theme color code across all catalogue materials, businesses can create a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. These color codes are typically represented in hexadecimal format, which consists of a pound sign followed by six letters or numbers that represent the specific color.


VIDEO URL - Video URL is a web address or link that leads to a video that is hosted on a website or online platform. WHITE LISTED EMAILS - White Listed Emails for a catalogue refers to a list of email addresses that have been approved and authorised to receive communication related to the catalogue. In other words, only those email addresses that have been added to the white list will receive the catalogue emails. This is done to ensure that the catalogue emails are only sent to the intended recipients and do not end up in the spam folder or get blocked by the recipient's email service provider.
