Purpose

  • Enable user to distribute coupons using Group Distribute



Requirements

  • Coupon Management access rights
  • Coupons are created and valid
  • Availability is sufficient to perform group distribute



Steps


1. Coupon Listing > Go to Coupon > Group Distribute

2. Actions > Select "Add Single Coupon Distribute" / Add Wallet Coupon Distribute"




3. Single Distribute

  • Sample File : User download this csv file to enter Customer's Email Address/ Mobile Number, Qty and Issue Remarks and save the file. Refer to the screen below.




4. Upload csv file


  • Coupon Distribute File: Upload distribute csv file
  • Send Mass Coupon Via : Email or SMS
  • Do you Want to Send Coupon : Yes
  • Click Import Distribute file


5. Click OK



6. Processing > Refresh the page



7. Click View


8. Click Confirm


9. Generating


10. Status "Confirm" > Done

  • User can Export under Action to download coupon distribute csv file



Outcome - Success

  • Customer receives coupon
