Purpose
- Allow customer to receive a new coupon after each redemption of a particular coupon
- Allow user to re-issue coupon without hassle
Requirements
- Coupon Management access rights
- Coupon is created
- Availability of the coupon is valid
- Validity of the coupon is still effective
Steps
1. Coupons > Coupon Automation > Actions > Add Automation
2. Fill in all mandatory fields ( * )
- Automation Name : Enter any name, it is open text
- Language : Select preferred language
- Delivery Type : Select Single or Wallet
3.
- Subject : Enter subject
- Email Message : Enter message not more than 3000 characters
4.
- Reference : If any
- Available Limit : Enter number of coupon available for this action
- In Action Coupon > Enter the quantity for customer to receive
- Status : Select "Active"
- Click "Add"
Outcome - Successful
- Customer is able to receive a new coupon via email after each redemption
