  • Catalogue Management access rights
  • Coupon created and allocated


Steps


1. Go to Campaigns  > Catalogue > Actions > Add Catalogue

  • Mode : Select “Public” or “ Private Members”
  • Name : Enter name of the catalogue

  • Description : Enter description / further information 
  • Terms & Conditions : Enter terms and conditions with not more than 3000 characters

  • Redemption Guide : Enter redemption details not more than 2000 characters
  • Date Type : Select “Validity Period” or “Non Validity Period”. If select “Validity Period”, enter Start Date and End Date.

  • If select “Validity Period”, enter Start Date and End Date.
  • Campaign Date Display : Select “Active” or “ Deactivate”

  • Image : Upload image(s)
  • Video URL : Enter the URL of the video to be played in the Front Office

  • Select Theme : Select “Category Based” or “Product Based”

  • Product Limit Control : Select Single or Multiple
  • Select Category : + Category

  • In Category List > Select > Click Save
  • After clicking Save, will see details in Category Product List

  • Customer Information : Select “Email” or “SMS”
  • White Listed Email: Select your choice
  • Theme Color Code : Enter the HEX Code

  • Distribution Channel : Enter the Information for the Channel References.
  • Google UTM :  Enter the Google UTM for Tracking with Google Analytic
  • Email Subject : Enter the Email Subject for Customer Download Successfully
  • Email Message : Enter the Email Content for the Customer Download Successfully

  • Target URL : Enter the URL to be Redirect from the Catalogue URL
  • Success Redirect URL : Enter the URL to be Redirect for Customer Download Successfully
  • Remarks : Enter the Remarks for Internal References.

  • Catalogue Availability : Setup the Catalogue Availability Quote for Download.
  • Customer Participate Limit : Setup the Maximum Quote for Customer to Participate in the Catalogue (0 = Unlimited)
  • Delivery : Select “Active” or “Deactivated”
  • Publish : Select “Active” or “Deactivated” 
  • Status : Select “Active” or “Deactivated” 
  • Click “Add” > Done



Outcome - Success

  • Catalogue is created
