What's New - April 2022

We are delighted to share what's new in Mezzofy Platform.


  1. New Back Office User Interface
    • The Back Office User Interface has been updated to simplify the user experience and ease of using it.
    • New Menu Structure
      • We have re-group the Menu to make it easier to find and access.
      • Main Menu Structure
        • Home - Landing Page
        • Coupons - Management of Coupons
        • Campaigns - Launch Difference Campaigns with Coupons
        • Customers - Customer Data and Coupons
        • B2B Channel Partners - B2B Cross Coupon Management
        • Developers - Developer Guide and API Keys
        • Support - User Guide and Access to Support Portal
        • Settings - All the Settings for Merchant / Coupon / Campaign / Customer / Operations / Payment Gateway / Applications
    • New Settings Menu
      • Settings has been consolidated into one new Menu "Settings".
      • Inside the "Settings" has been further re-group to make it easier to find and access.
  2. New Coupon Template and Coupon Wizard
    • We are improving to make creation of Coupon easier and more faster. Hence, we added "Coupon Template" which user can pre-build your most commonly repeated type of Coupon and use it with Coupon Wizard to create New Coupon.
    • Coupon Template
      • Create a "Coupon Template" for reuse during new Coupon Creation using Coupon Wizard. This can save a lot of time to create the similar type of Coupon again and again.
      • Steps
        • Under Menu - Settings > Coupons > Coupon Template
        • Add new "Coupon Template" for usage in "Coupon Wizard"

    • Coupon Wizard

      • Coupon Wizard consist of 4 steps to create the coupon with easy guide and here we allow user to select the pre-defined "Coupon Template" for ease of it.

      • Steps

        • Step 1 - Select the Coupon Template or New Coupon.

        • Step 2 - If selected Coupon Template. All the template contents will be populated into the form. User can adjust and complete the step 2 by entering the Coupon Validity and select the Operators.

        • Step 3 - This is the Advance settings for the Coupon (Optional). User can skip and confirm the create of the Coupon.

        • Step 4 - This is the Next Action available for the Coupon created.

  3. Coupon Automation
    • We have added "Coupon Automation". A lite weight automation tool for Merchants. Currently we are support the following 3 use cases. More will be added in future.
    • Use Cases
      • Use Case 1 - Send the Same Coupon to Customers Upon Redeemed.
        • Trigger - Coupon X being "Redeemed".
        • Action - Coupon X will be automated send to Customer.

      • Use Case 2 - Send a Different Coupon to Customers Upon Redeemed.

        • Trigger - Coupon X being "Redeemed".

        • Action - Coupon Y will be automated send to Customer.

      • Use Case 3 - Multi Automation Coupon Distribution.

        • Trigger - Coupon X being "Redeemed".

        • Action - Coupon Y will be automated send to Customer.

        • Trigger - Coupon Y being "Redeemed".

        • Action - Coupon Z will be automated send to Customer.

        • And So On

  4. Security with 2FA
    • We have added Google Authenticator for the 2FA with better security of your account. Upon enabling this feature all user login to the account will be required to enter one time code from Google Authenticator App.
