Steps:
1. Go to Catalogue > Catalogue > Actions > Add Catalogue
In Catalogue Details, fill in all *Mandatory Fields
2. Catalogue Code : This is auto generated by system
3. Type : Catalogue
4. Catalogue URL : This is auto generated by system
5. Embed URL : This is auto generated by system
6. Mode : Select “Public” or “ Private Members”
7. Name : Enter name of the catalogue
8. Description : Enter description / further information
9. Terms & Conditions : Enter terms and conditions not more than 3000 characters
10. Redemption Details : Enter redemption details not more than 2000 characters
11. Date Type : Select “Validity Period” or “Non Validity Period”. If select “Validity Period”, enter Start Date and End Date.
12. Campaign Date Display : Select “Active” or “ Deactivate”
13. Image : Upload image
14. Video URL : Enter video url (if any)
15. Select Theme : Select “Category Based” or “Product Based”
16. If select “Category Based” > Add Category
17. In Category List > Select > Click Save
18. After clicking Save, will see details in Category Product List
However, if select Theme as Product Based > Add Category:
19. In Product List, select the Product to be added > Save
20. After clicking Save, will see details in Category Product List
21. Customer Information : Select “Email” or “SMS”
22. White Listed Email: Select your choice
23. Action Button Text : Enter the Display Text.
24. Action Button Colour : Enter the HEX Code of the Action Button.
25. Distribution Channel : Enter the Information for the Channel References.
26. Google UTM : Enter the Google UTM for Tracking with Google Analytic
27. Email Subject : Enter the Email Subject for Customer Download Successfully
28. Email Message : Enter the Email Content for the Customer Download Successfully
29. Target URL : Enter the URL to be Redirect from the Catalogue URL
30. Success Redirect URL : Enter the URL to be Redirect for Customer Download Successfully
31. Remarks : Enter the Remarks for Internal References.
32. Catalogue Availability : Setup the Catalogue Availability Quote for Download.
33. Catalogue Availability Display : This is for display purpose, select “Active” or “Deactivate”
34. Customer Participate Limit : Setup the Maximum Quote for Customer to Participate in the Catalogue (0 = Unlimited)
35. Delivery : Select “Active” or “Deactivated”
36. Publish : Select “Active” or “Deactivated”
37. Status : Select “Active” or “Deactivated”
38. Click “Add” > Done
