Steps:
1. User goes to retrieve link : https://{merchantcode}.mezzofy.com/retrieve
*Merchant Code can be found in homepage after logging in. Please refer to the following:
2. In a new tab, type: https://N7ON.mezzofy.com/retrieve
3. Enter customer’s email address and Submit.
4. Don’t forget to inform customer to check mailbox.
Outcome - Successful
- Customer will be able to receive email and open the coupon link
Outcome - Failure
- Double check if the merchant code and email address is correct and resend
