Purpose

  • Enable user to void a coupon using backend office



Requirement

  • Coupon Management access rights
  • The coupon is still valid, ie not yet redeemed


Steps


1. Coupon > Coupon Redeem > Enter Coupon No > Click “ Submit”


2. Scroll the page down > Select “ Void”


3.  Select “ Confirm”  


4. Click “OK”


5. Done


6. User can click “Submit” again to double check that the coupon is successfully voided


Outcome - Success

  • User will be able to see a message log saying the coupon is voided
