Purpose

  • To enable user have another alternative to distribute coupon


Requirement

  • Coupon Management access rights


User is able to distribute a coupon using “Export” function in the system. This function can be found in :


  • Coupons > Coupon


OR

  • Coupons > Coupon Allocation 

 

 

Steps

    1. Coupons > Coupon > Select Coupon that intended to Export > Export > Actions > Export Coupon


    2. Quantity to Export : Enter Quantity 

    3. Remark : Optional

    4. Mark Coupon Status as Issued : Yes

    5. Click “Export Coupon”

  

    6. While the status is showing “Generating”, user can click “Refresh” to fasten the process

 

    7. When it is Completed, click “View”

 

 

    8. Click “Download as File”

 

    9. Open the downloaded file, it will be shown as follows. User can send the link to customer to redeem the specific coupon


Outcome - Success

  • Recipient or customer receives the export csv file and uses the short URL to get coupon
