Purpose
- To enable user to distribute coupon
Requirement
- Coupon Management access rights
There are 2 types of group distribute available, i.e Single Coupon Distribute and Wallet Coupon Distribute.
1a. Single Coupon Distribute via Email
Steps
1. Coupons > Coupon > Select coupon to be distributed > Group Distribute
2. Go to Actions > Select “Add Single Coupon Distribute”
3. Sample File : Download Sample File as follows > Enter Email Address > Quantity > Issue Remarks > Save As csv format
4. Coupon Distribute File : Upload csv file saved
5. Language : Select preferred language
6. Send Mass Coupon Via : Email
7. Do you Want to Send Coupon : Yes
8. Click “ Import Distribute File”
9. Click "Refresh" and click "View" once the Status reflect as Pending
10. If there is Error count, click "Export" and check the error reason, rectify the csv and repeat from step 1 again
If all show Success, click the "Confirm" to process. You can click the "Refresh" to check the Status progress till it show as Confirmed.
1b. Single Coupon Distribute via SMS
1. Sample File : Download Sample File as follows > Mobile Number > Quantity > Issue Remarks > Save As csv format
2. Coupon Distribute File : Upload csv file saved
3. Language : Select preferred language
4. Send Mass Coupon Via : SMS
5. Do you Want to Send Coupon : Yes
6. Click “ Import Distribute File”
7. Click "Refresh" and click "View" once the Status reflect as Pending
8. If there is Error count, click "Export" and check the error reason, rectify the csv and repeat from step 1 again
If all show Success, click the "Confirm" to process. You can click the "Refresh" to check the Status progress till it show as Confirmed.
2a. Wallet Coupon Distribute via Email
Steps
1. Coupons > Coupon > Select coupon to be distributed > Group Distribute

3. Subject : Type subject of the email
4. Email Message : Type any message
5. Click “ Import Distribute File ”
6. Click "Refresh" and click "View" once the Status reflect as Pending
7. If there is Error count, click "Export" and check the error reason, rectify the csv and repeat from step 1 again
If all show Success, click the "Confirm" to process. You can click the "Refresh" to check the Status progress till it show as Confirmed.
2b. Wallet Coupon Distribute via SMS
1. Repeat all steps as mentioned above, but when it comes to :
