Purpose

  • To Enable Operator User perform Pin Code Redemption and Capture Processed by Data.
  • Commonly Used for Merchant Without Any Device to Use Operator App and/or Backup Redemption Process.


Requirement

  • Pin Code Between 0000 and 9999.
  • Must be Unique for Each Operator Location.


Steps

  1. Go to "Merchant" in Main Menu.
  2. Go to "Operator (Internal)" in Sub Menu.
  3. Select the Operator Location Required to Edit/View the Pin Code.
  4. Go to "Redeem Pin Code" and Edit/View the Pin Code. 
  5.  Click on "Update" Button if Required.


Outcome - Success

  • Operator Location Update Successful.


Outcome - Failure

  • Operator Location Update Failure.
    • Check Error Message.
