Below briefly describes the steps to prepare online member signup form via Backend CMS. For detail operation, please refer to the section ‘Detail Operation Guide’.

Set Member Signup Form
In left side’s Function Option Menu, choose function ‘Customers’ -> ‘Membership’ to get into Membership Management Screen, enter member signup related information and select promotion coupon sent to new member, then click button ‘Update’ to confirm change.
Membership Management Screen – Input Fields (for Member Signup)
Field Description
Membership Signup URL This is system generated URL for merchant to copy for member invitation, for display only.
Terms and Conditions URL The URL to show merchant’s terms and conditions.
Customer Information Merchant can decide which information is needed for signup, i.e. Email (prerequisite and coupon will be sent to), Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile, and Address.
Select Coupon(s) Click this button to select the coupon sent to new member who has signed up via the Membership Signup URL.
In Coupon List Screen, enter quantity at the row of the coupon, to specify which coupon and the quantity of that coupon, which will be sent to new member after signup.
