Below briefly describes the steps to manage customer downloaded coupons via Backend CMS.  For detail operation, please refer to the section ‘Detail Operation Guide’.

In the screen showing Customer Coupon List, merchant can:-

  • enter keyword in search box to filter output;
  • view coupon information including its status, e.g. expired, redeemed, & etc.;
  • click button ‘Redeem’ in the row of the coupon, to redeem the coupon;
  • click button ‘Void’ in the row of the coupon, to void the coupon;
  • click button ‘Resend’ in the row of the coupon, to resend the same coupon to the customer.

How to Manage Customer Downloaded Coupons

 


In left side’s Function Option Menu, choose function ‘Customers’ -> ‘Customer’ to display Customer Management Screen.

 

After clicking button ‘View’ in the row of the customer, Customer Details Screen will be displayed, then click tab ‘Coupons’ to goto a screen showing Coupon List of such customer as below.

 


In Coupon List Screen, merchant can:-

  • Enter keyword in the top right search box, to filter output;
  • View coupon information including its status, e.g. expired, redeemed, & etc.;
  • For active coupons, click button ‘Redeem’ in the row of the coupon, to redeem the coupon. Below Redeem Details Screen will be displayed, select redeem location and enter reference, then click button ‘Confirm’ to complete redemption; 


 

  • For active coupons, click button ‘Void’ in the row of the coupon, to void the coupon;
  • For active coupons, click button ‘Resend’ in the row of the coupon, to resend the same coupon to the customer.
