Below briefly describes the steps to maintain customer profile via Backend CMS. For detail operation, please refer to the section ‘Detail Operation Guide’.

Detail Operation Guide
How to Maintain Customer Profile
In left side’s Function Option Menu, choose function ‘Customers’ -> ‘Customer’ to display Customer Management Screen.
If want to add new customer, click button ‘Actions’ -> ‘Add Customer’. If want to modify existing customer’s information, then click button ‘View’ in the row of the customer.
Click ‘Export Excel’ to export a Customer Profile Information List in csv format.
Customer Detail Information
After entering Customer Details Screen shown below, user can either enter customer information, and click button ‘Add’ to create new customer; or modify existing information, then click button ‘Update’ to confirm change.
Customer Details Screen – Input Fields
Field Description
Merchant Name Merchant name, for display only.
Membership Assign membership group for the customer.
Member ID Assign member ID for the customer.
Join Date Assign join date of the customer, default is the date of downloading the first coupon.
Name The first name of customer.
Last Name The last name of customer.
User Name This field is obsoleted.
Email The email address of customer. This is mandatory field.
Country The country that customer lives in.
Address The address of customer.
Mobile The mobile number of customer.
Date Of Birth The date of birth of customer.
Gender The gender of customer.
Reference No Reference number for internal use.
Image For merchant uploading photo of customer.
Custom Data This field is for system integration use.
Status Set whether the customer record is in effect.
