There have 3 functions available under 'Customers' option, i.e. Customer, Membership, and Settings.
Customer Function
After coupon is issued, system will auto create or update customer record according to the email address / mobile phone number entered. If customer record already exists, system will update the record, otherwise it will create a new record.
By using 'Customer' function under 'Customers', merchant can:-
1. update customer's information
2. view the activities of all downloaded coupons of such customer
3. redeem, void, or resend a particular coupon of such customer
Membership Function
By using 'Membership' function under 'Customers', merchant can:-
1. add / amend Membership Group's information
2. create a Membership Signup Form for recruiting new member
Settings Function
By using 'Settings' function under 'Customers', merchant can block coupon download by email domain names, and add wallet banner
