Below briefly describes the steps to set merchant profile via Backend CMS.  For detail operation, please refer to the section ‘Detail Operation Guide’.

Set Merchant Profile

In left side’s Function Option Menu, choose function ‘Merchants’ -> ‘Merchant Profile’ to get into Merchant Profile Screen, enter merchant information, then click button ‘Update’ to confirm change.

Merchant Profile Screen – Input Fields

Field                                         Description

Country                                    The country entered when registering, for display only.

Merchant Type                         Default value is ‘Generics’ , for display only.

Register Date                            The register date, for display only.

Expiry Date                              The default expiry date, for display only.

Referral Code                           Any code for merchant own reference only.

Merchant Code                         The merchant code that represents the merchant, default value is generated by system, and merchant can change it. This is mandatory field.

Merchant URL                         The URL name which will be shown in webpage, for display only.

Time Zone                                The time zone according to country specified, for display only.

Merchant Name                        The merchant name that will be shown in digital coupon, Coupon Download Page, Merchant Coupon List Page, & etc. This is mandatory field.

Description                               This is for merchant to describe his business, while the content will be shown in Merchant Coupon List Page.

Merchant Email                        The email for customer to contact merchant. This is mandatory field.

Hotline                                      The telephone number for customer to contact merchant.

Address                                    The official address of merchant.

Web Site URL                          The URL of merchant’s website. In Coupon Download Page, if URL is entered, there will have an icon be shown in the bottom, otherwise no icon will be found.

Online Shop URL                    The URL of merchant’s online shop. If this URL is entered, there will have an button called ‘Redeem Now’ be shown in digital coupon, and customer can click this button to get into the online shop.

YouTube                                   The URL of merchant’s YouTube. In Coupon Download Page, if URL is entered, there will have an icon be shown in the bottom, otherwise no icon will be found. If customer click this icon, the page will be forwarded to the URL entered.

Facebook                                  The URL of merchant’s Facebook. In Coupon Download Page, if URL is entered, there will have an icon be shown in the bottom, otherwise no icon will be found. If customer click this icon, the page will be forwarded to the URL entered.

Twitter                                      The URL of merchant’s Twitter. In Coupon Download Page, if URL is entered, there will have an icon be shown in the bottom, otherwise no icon will be found. If customer click this icon, the page will be forwarded to the URL entered.

Instagram                                  The URL of merchant’s Instagram. In Coupon Download Page, if URL is entered, there will have an icon be shown in the bottom, otherwise no icon will be found. If customer click this icon, the page will be forwarded to the URL entered.

WhatsApp                                The phone number of merchant’s WhatsApp. In Coupon Download Page, if the number is entered, there will have an icon be shown in the bottom, otherwise no icon will be found. If customer click this icon, a WhatsApp dialogue screen will be popped up. Merchant must enter https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=area code before his WhatsApp phone number, where area code is 852 for Hong Kong, & etc.

Custom Domain DNS Settings For merchant to show his own domain name in webpages, merchant is responsible for his own DNS setting.

Custom Email Address            For merchant to show his own email address in notification email.

Logo                                         For merchant to upload his company logo, default is Mezzofy’s logo.

Background Image                   For merchant to upload photo, this photo will be shown in Merchant Coupon List Page.

API - Basic Key                       Information for API integration use, for display only.

API - Basic Secret                    Information for API integration use, for display only.

Status                                        Account status, for display only.
