Below briefly describes the steps to manage merchant’s own redeem location via Backend CMS. For detail operation, please refer to the section ‘Detail Operation Guide’.

Detail Operation Guide
Redeem Location Management
In left side’s Function Option Menu, choose function ‘Merchants’ -> ‘Redeem Location’ to display Redeem Location Management Screen.
If want to add new redeem location, click button ‘Actions’ -> ‘Add New Redeem Location’. If want to modify existing redeem location’s information, then click button ‘View’ in the row of the location.
Redeem Location Detail Information
After entering Redeem Location Details Screen shown below, user can either enter redeem location information, and click button ‘Add’ to create new redeem location; or modify existing information, then click button ‘Update’ to confirm change.
Note: The Redeem Location Name should be avoided using <"> &<Enter>, in order to display the correct format in a certain version of Microsoft office.
Redeem Location Details Screen – Input Fields
Field Description
Redeem Location Name The name of the redeem location, this is mandatory field.
Redeem Address The address of the redeem location, this is mandatory field.
Description For user to describe the detail of redeem location, e.g. opening hour, & etc.
Image User can upload a photo of the redeem location.
Redeem Pass Code Click the QR code shown on customer’s mobile phone, then enter this pass code to redeem coupon (for detail please refer to Quick Guide – Redeem Coupon).
Pass code is unique among redeem locations, because system use this code to differentiate which redeem location the coupon is redeemed.
This is mandatory field.
Redeem Location Map This is location of Google Map. If customer clicks redeem location address in Coupon Download Screen, Google map will be displayed to show where the location is.
Redeem Location Contact This is the contact phone number of the redeem location, for customer to contact.
Redeem Location Email This is the email address of the redeem location, for customer to contact.
Status Set the redeem location is in effect or not.
