Below briefly describes the flow for setting up 3rd Party redemption. For detail operation, please refer to the section ‘Detail Operation Guide’.

Detail Operation Guide
What is 3rd Party Redeemer
Coupon usually is redeemed by merchant’s own redeem location, but sometimes coupon could be redeemed by other companies, and these outside companies are called 3rd Party Redeemer.
3rd Party Redeemer must have its own account in Mezzofy platform for redeeming coupon on behalf of merchant.
One merchant can connect multiple 3rd Party Redeemers.
Send Redemption Service Request to 3rd Party Redeemer
In left side’s Function Option Menu, choose function ‘Merchants’ -> ‘Redeemer’ to display Redeemer Screen, then chick icon ‘Action’ -> ‘New Request’ to enter Redeemer Request Details Screen as following.
Enter 3rd Party Redeemer’s email address to send Redemption Service Request by email.
3rd Party Redeemer Accept Reqeust
3rd Party Redeemer will receive an email from noreply@mezzofy.com with the subject “Redemption Request”, open the email and click the Accept button to accept the request.
If 3rd Party Redeemer doesn’t have account in Mezzofy Platform, Account Registration Screen will be shown. 3rd Party Redeemer then enter company profile and click REGISTER button to register an account.
Please note that email address must not be changed. The registered email address and password entered will be used to sign into Redeem App.
Welcome page will be displayed once the account activation is completed.
Merchant Assign Coupon to 3rd Party Redeemer
Merchant can assign coupon to 3rd Party Redeemer in Redemption Location Management Screen as above.
Check the box under column ‘Redeem Coupon’ in the row of 3rd Party Redeemer, then press ‘Submit’ button to confirm the assignment. For detail please refer to another quick guide ‘How to Create Coupon’.
3rd Party Redeemer Accept Coupon Assignment
3rd Party Redeemer need to use Mezzofy Redeem App to accept Coupon Assignment. Open the Redeem App, login by entering Registered Email Address and Password.
After logging in, clicks ‘New Request’ -> ‘New Coupon Request’ -> ‘Accept’, to accept the coupon assigned by merchant. Afterwards, 3rd Party Redeemer then can redeem the coupon assigned by merchant.
How to Install Mezzofy Redeem App
There have two ways to install Mezzofy Redeem App:-
